The Upland Housing Authority actively investigates and prosecutes for fraud and program abuse. Any complaint of fraud will be taken seriously and investigated.

If you suspect fraud or program abuse by either a Section 8 or Public Housing tenant or by a landlord, you may report your concerns to the Upland Housing Authority in writing, by telephone, or in person at our office. Your information will be kept confidential.
