The Upland Housing Authority (UHA) actively investigates and
prosecutes for fraud and program abuse. Any complaint of fraud
will be taken seriously and investigated.
If you suspect fraud or program abuse by either a Section 8 or
Public Housing tenant or by a landlord, you may report your
concerns to the Upland Housing Authority in writing, by
telephone, or in person at our office. Your information will be
kept confidential.
To report fraud or program abuse by an Upland
Housing Authority participant, click the appropriate link
below. Please note: UHA cannot investigate or
take action with regard to participants served by other housing
authorities. UHA serves participants in the city of
Upland.
